Kolkata: West Bengal Assembly Speaker Rathindra Bose was hospitalised after he complained of uneasiness and chest pain, officials said on Saturday.
Bose was admitted to a hospital near the EM Bypass in the eastern part of Kolkata on Friday night as he reported discomfort after returning home from a programme at the state assembly, they said.
His condition is currently stable, and he is under observation, the assembly officials said.
