The company said it received a prohibition order over licence particulars for its Toing platform but secured a modified FSSAI licence on July 9, with no financial impact or penalty.

The regulator has asked the companies to explain within seven days why action should not be initiated under the FSS Act, 2006.

FSSAI said it has not notified any standard for "energy drink" or similar products.
